Samuel Hammer, CPA, CGMA
Managing Shareholder
Samuel Hammer, CPA, CGMA, is the Managing Shareholder at HNT CPA PA and a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant. With over 30 years of experience in the healthcare sector, Samuel has provided strategic advice to C-Suite executives, Boards of Directors, physicians, employers, payors, hospitals, physician groups, law firms, manufacturers, and government entities. His areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, strategy development, physician integration, tax planning, and litigation support.
While Samuel's primary focus is on healthcare, he also works with high-net-worth individuals and small to mid-sized companies across various industries. He has extensive experience in tax planning, compliance, and accounting services and is responsible for representing the firm’s clients in IRS and state-related matters.
Samuel began his career at Price Waterhouse after graduating from Emory University. He later moved to California, where he gained valuable experience in public accounting and became a shareholder and managing officer at a local accounting firm. His areas of specialization expanded to include tax planning and preparation, general accounting support, due diligence analysis, business planning and review, operational assessments, governance advice, mergers and acquisitions, performance improvement, interim management, forensic accounting investigations, and litigation support.
After serving as CEO of a large integrated healthcare network in Riverside, California, Samuel returned to Florida. He worked with Memorial Healthcare System and Broward Health before returning to public accounting.
Samuel is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA), Medical Group Management Association (MGMA), and Broward County Medical Association (BCMA). Zoila Navarro-Pachon, CPA

Before joining HNT CPA PA, Zoila gained valuable experience working with other major CPA firms in South Florida. She is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA).
